Surprising Comfort by the Beach

The room was newly refurbished and beautifully decorated. I loved the comfortable beds and enjoyed the proximity to shops and beaches, making our stay truly enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the shower water wasn't hot enough, which was disappointing for a getaway. It did hinder our relaxation a bit, though everything else was quite lovely!

I loved that I could easily explore Pismo State Beach and enjoy a peaceful walk at Pismo Lake Ecological Reserve, which were both just a few kilometers from my room, making my weekend of city strolling so enjoyable and convenient, especially after a comfortable night in my spacious queen room.

Water pressure in the shower unacceptably low!!! Dirty shower head a huge turn-off!!! The impersonal check-in process felt like being treated as a number rather than a guest. Improve staff presence and room service procedures!!!

Just a good pick for a fleeting trip in Arroyo Grande with fantastic value. The A.C. in the room worked well and wasn't too loud. Consider asking for a room away from the pool area for a quieter stay.

We really enjoyed exploring the nearby Pismo Beach Pier, and the spacious room was great for our large family. The amenities like the fridge and microwave were super handy, and the location made it easy to grab food and head to the beach each day.

My kids wished for more activities at the pool for families to enjoy together.

The location fits well for grabbing a bite with nearby fast-food joints like In-N-Out and easy access to various shopping spots, including Walmart. The landscaping boasts some impressive views in the evening, perfect for relaxing after a day out.

The check-in process is an exercise in patience, driven by a frustrating kiosk system without human staff around. My room felt stripped of many standard comforts, lacking a coffee maker, hair dryer, and ironing supplies, which made my stay feel less convenient. Also, the noise from the parking lot was unbearable some nights, with loud cars some kind of party disturbing whatever rest I hoped to catch.

The location was stunning on a high mountain with beautiful views and clean, comfortable rooms. We loved the pool and jacuzzi for a relaxing end to our day!

I had a great time here and absolutely loved the spacious room with its comfy bed and the added bonus of a microwave and fridge. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day, even though the breakfast options could use some improvement. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I’d totally recommend it for a cozy getaway! 😊
